該怎麼改變 及培養運動的習慣呢?
如何規劃每週的運動內容?
例如:慢跑、在家可以做的仰臥起坐、簡單重量訓練等等
每週(每次)的時間、運動前後的準備、飲食
或者哪邊有這些資訊可以search?
