想跟大家討論一下我的困惑點
1.同體積下肌肉比脂肪重三倍
這個好像很多人已經打臉這個,可是有沒有人可詳細回答錯在哪呢?
2.肌肉可以增加基礎代謝
實際上根本沒增加多少,
我看inbody我的肌肉增加很多,但基代只增加大概100多
所以要減脂最重要還是飲食控制,運動只占很小一部分
關於1是我想問的
至於2我還是看到超多人有這樣的觀念,難道是正確的嗎?
