計算LBM之疑問 - 減肥

基本資料
性別:女
年齡:22
身高:163
體重:48
BMI:18
體脂率:21.4% (5/14左右測量)
基礎代謝率:應該是1100左右(3月左右康是美量)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
我的問題:
因為我的問題主要是想問計算LBM,
所以先把上面等三餐運動選項刪除,如果需要補充我再補充上去
這幾天重新爬了精華區,也算了一下自己從減肥初期到現在的體重變化
但還是有點疑問
我算出來是這樣:
10/13 3/14 5/14
體重 57 kg 49.4kg 48.4kg (-8.6kg)
體脂 28.7 22.7 21.4 (-7.3%)
--------------------------------------------
體脂重 16.359 11.2138 10.3576 (-6.0014kg)
LBM 40.641 38.1862 38.0424 (-2.5986kg)
可是感覺算起來好像有點怪怪的,
又看不出來問題出在哪OTZ...
會有體脂減少的比去脂體重多那麼多的情形發生嗎?
還是純粹是我算錯然後空歡喜一場>"<
因為目前主要我是想增肌減脂
偶爾會游泳/慢跑/半仰臥起坐
但還是有點小不解精華區的算法
我知道這樣運動強度還不夠
還在努力中>"<
