剛剛在網路上看到這篇分享的文章
開頭便批判劇烈運動的壞處,當然他指的劇烈運動沒有詳細指出
心跳數和劇烈程度,不過有提到騎室內飛輪和游泳
看來他的劇烈運動應該是指"慢跑" "室內飛輪" 等心跳數達到心肺訓練或
減脂程度的有氧運動
從"劇烈運動"後自己無法克制的大吃把錯全推在劇烈運動上
和令人匪夷所思的"心跳說",認為人一生的心跳數是有限的
所以從事越多劇烈運動等於把自己的額度提早用完??????????
還有穿著單薄的衣服去運動為了讓自己燃燒脂肪可以更快
和喝牛蒡茶可以變瘦這句話
如果這些理論PO在板上我一定給噓
因為我實在是無法苟同,所以想說貼上來跟各位討論
不過作者自己身為醫生卻讓我看完覺得是通篇謬論
究竟哪個地方是合理哪個地方完全是誤導觀念
我知道如果是周刊的記者之類的文章 大家笑笑就好
但是看到後面卻是一位出書的醫生
