去年6月自己找了別區萵苣教練經理陪我去景平萵苣報名
報名後一兩個月會強迫他來教我用器材
就這樣過了一年
比對一下報名當下跟滿一年的inBODY跟示意圖(?)

只能說我以前在幹嘛啦
怎麼會這樣放縱自己XD
這一年我靠著菜單做重訓
從機械到自由重量
也逐漸變成從一週三次到一週五次的邊緣人
本來以為可以這樣一路到體脂18%
結果我再緊繃都是體脂19.9-21
開始有點沮喪
所以又退回一週三次(或是不到三次)
前陣子顧慮到想加重量又怕受傷
也想有人在旁邊糾正一下我的姿勢(幫忙錄影都好)
所以就買了24堂教練課
結果萵苣的教練真的讓我...我上了1/3就自己先叫停,
等以後再看看怎麼處理另外的教練課
月初量了一次inBODY

發現自己的代謝下降了
看來要再變回邊緣人才能衝一波
發文也不是真的想找人一起練
而是督促自己
希望下次來發文是可以很自豪的說我達標了
