訓練肌肉的休息時間 - 健身

之前看精華區的文章有提到三個很重要的要素:訓練 休息 營養
有建議是練一天休一天,或是把不同肌群分在不同天練,以達到休息的效果。
小弟我本身沒有去健身房,只有買啞鈴用不同姿勢鍛鍊再加上仰臥起坐和伏地挺身,
因為啞鈴是組合式的關係,ㄧ次最少就要增加10磅,因為做不起來,
所以維持原來重量但是做到25下(極限),我想請問這樣有需要練ㄧ天休ㄧ天嗎?
因為過去半年我都是每天作,有時候狀況好一天會做超過3回(但絕不會少於3回),
這樣會不會事倍功半呢??
