體重70~73
目前訓練菜單
Mon三角和腿
啞鈴側平舉 10kgx2 8rm x5
啞鈴前平舉 10kgx2 8rm x5
啞鈴肩推 15kgX2 8rm x5
啞鈴跨步蹲舉 15kgx2 5~8rm x5
機械式肩推 40~50kg 8rm x5
機械式練股四頭 50~60kg 8rm x5
Tue 背 二頭
單手啞鈴划船 25kg 8~10rm x5
滑輪下拉lat pull down 60~70kg 8~10rm x5
W槓划船 50kg 8~10rm x5
斜板彎舉 7~10kgx2 8~10rm x5
站姿彎舉 10~12kgx2 8~10rm x5
Wed 胸 三頭
啞鈴斜板握推 25kgx2 5~8rm x5
啞鈴平版握推 25kgx2 5~8rm x5
三頭滑輪下拉 30~40kg 8~10rm x5
啞鈴單手後屈伸 7~10kg 8~10rm x5
斜板仰臥起坐 20RM x5 力竭會降rm
週56日有空的話
循環上面菜單
飲食正常三餐,外食,吃公司餐點,有練那天補兩匙乳清
大概3年前就是這個重量都沒進步,
那邊要改進嗎?請大大指教
