各位好,小弟目前的訓練方式是一週四次,分別都是在家利用槓鈴啞鈴進行訓練;胸,背
,腿,肩+手…剛好分在四天,由於時間的關係,每次訓練都一個小時內完成,包含5-6個
動作,每個動作10rep., 3-4set………
剛看了網友分享的黃阿文教練的影片,其中提到的一項重點是每個部份每週練兩次…以我
個人為例,在總時間不變之下,若我將每個部位的6個動作分在兩天各三個動作來進行,
會比6個動作在一週的同一天進行要好嗎??
