去年的方法是去大賣場一次買一個禮拜的分量
然後回來分裝丟冷凍庫,要吃前再拿出來退冰再蒸或烤
這樣吃了快半年沒問題,但是記得在第六個月某週的第五天
吃完雞胸肉以後腸胃炎,那次以後就對雞胸肉有恐懼感,
不過最近因為體脂率又上升了,所以還是打算回復吃無油餐的生活
想問一下對於雞胸肉補貨的週期有沒有什麼建議的
還有雞胸肉冷凍前有什麼推薦的處理方式嗎?
