先說說自己,我/男/170/58/體脂肪15-16%左右
目前的運動,三五大致上會去練羽球,若沒練球則會去重訓室跑跑步機或重訓
練球:前兩小時跟著課表練基本動作,最後一小時比賽
跑跑步機:通常跑30分鐘,心跳約125-130間,沒實際測量過
重訓:挑3-4樣練肌群,不過通常比較集中在腹部(等等說明)
每樣器材,15下/組,然後平均作3-4組。
至於為什麼都挑腹部肌練,主要是因為我想減少腹部脂肪。
由於體脂肪我本身希望可以減少到13%左右~
不知道以我這樣,是該怎樣安排運動呢?
