由於原PO會在大概一年後參加考試
須要通過1200M 6分20秒
現在的體能根本不行~~~~
跪求該如何訓練??
本身對跑步很不在行 到是游泳是我的專長
不過游泳也荒廢了多年 心肺能力和肌耐力只能重新練了
以前體育老師都會笑我在水裡比較路上快 囧....
