小弟目前健身生涯算起來大概2-3年
身高168 體重72 體脂16
臥推120 硬舉180 深蹲160
想要請益大家目前的體態是該增肌還是減脂
因為近幾個月不管是重量還是體態都停滯
一週大概練5-6天 胸背腿肩這樣
體態如下
