各位巨巨大家好
事情是這樣的,大概幾年前我短暫練過一小段時間(約兩年)
體脂肪從33%=>16% 體重82KG=>72KG
後來誤入歧途沉迷酒色又變回來啦!
現在比較多時間可以運動
現在有兩種方式可以選擇
A PLAN:
買一套左右分別20公斤的槓片式啞鈴+健身床
優點:
1.隨時隨地可以快樂運動
2.沒事就練個幾下
缺點:
1.旁邊是床,誘惑很大
2.旁邊是電視,誘惑很大
3.旁邊是冰箱,誘惑很大
B PLAN:
事實上我在一個小健身房有點擔任點職位,可以無條件的進出跟使用裡面的器材
但是有點距離...
裡面設備相當齊全,史密斯、跑步機、划船機、腿舉、free weight、壺鈴...
基本上是相當不錯的,而且除非上課不然不會有其他人的情形
優點:
1.設備齊全可以盡情使用
2.各種部位都可以練的到
3.練完還可以洗澡!!
缺點:
1.完全獨自訓練(看不到任何人)
2.距離我家約10公里車程,在小巨蛋附近
各位巨巨會選擇哪種方式呢?
BTW,如果無償提供該場地給跟我一起訓練的巨巨使用,有人會想參加嗎??
應該是一二四五早上9點,一週規劃一次(怕早上有客戶)
