認真問各位巨巨
有一次在健身房開休息室的門
剛好有一位比各位弱的巨巨
站在門邊沒穿上衣
瞅到他的身材
腹肌大概像這樣

從側面看也是有一定厚度的腰,不是扁扁的那種
該位比各位弱的巨巨背部肉量也很夠
線條也很明顯,應該體脂10-12%?
但能體脂那麼低,又這麼厚
這是間接說明他的核心很強嗎
若是,軀幹都是,硬舉深蹲練出來的嗎?
