很久以前有發文(大學吧)
後來都是爬文學習知識
看看各位前輩的訓練為主
廢話不多說,進主題
小的目前按照 水肥哥 之前翻譯的 Bill Starr's 5x5
訓練正在鍛鍊自己的肌肉 跟 最大肌力
目前來到第三週 挑戰週
但是深蹲已經達到目標體重的2BW(很弱的140kg/1rm)
(目前95kg左右,目標體重是70kg(打比賽量級限制)
想請問各位巨巨
我應該
1.維持深蹲重量 越做越多下
2.跟著課表繼續往105% 110% 做
3.使用新的重量繼續強化最大肌力
4.其他
煩請各位大大指點
