小弟這兩個月感覺遇到瓶頸QAQ
想說是不是訓練量太低了要換個課表
請問如果以體態為主的話應該要繼續以一組8-12下來跑肌肥大課表還是換成5x5健力課表
先把肌力提高再來轉換肌肥大課表
三項成績為深蹲120 硬舉140 臥推85
目前正在跑Bill Starr的5x5到第二個禮拜
先感謝各位巨巨意見了
