請問Overhead Squat蹲不下去 - 健身

當自己往下蹲時
發現自己的手臂沒辦法超過頭部到頭後
變成整個槓鈴都在面部上方
大概蹲到1/3 整個重心就在前面 蹲不下去
請問這是肩關節的問題嗎?
單純空手雙手張開往後舉 肩膀 跟 上背部都很緊
是不是那種沒辦法練抓舉的體質???
