請問TURBOFIRE每天照課表跳運動量夠嗎? - 健身

最近剛入手TURBOFIRE
目前是照著附的課表跳
我先前的運動方式都是80~90分鐘X-BIKE+一片鄭多燕啞鈴操或墊上運動
一周約5~6天 但沒重訓 所以肌肉量沒啥增加
甚至覺得肌肉是不是被我每天過多的有氧給燒掉了
才會肚子一樣肥 肉一樣軟...
現在想改跳TURBOFIRE
不過DVD有分FIRE30, HIIT 15等等
課表都是一天一片 除了FIRE EZ55那種時間比較長的以外
一天只跳FIRE 30或是HIIT 15的話時間會不會太短 運動量不足?
需不需要再搭配別的運動?
