早餐:水果1~2份 大杯拿鐵或大杯鮮奶茶(牛奶量很足)蜂蜜白木耳湯(或其他湯品)
點心 :堅果類一把
午餐:什麼都吃 吃到飽 會注意澱粉類 蛋白質 蔬菜的均衡攝取
點心 : 甜食或一點點洋芋片(明明不餓 但就想吃 MC來就非吃不可甚至取代正餐)
晚餐: 會避開澱粉類
日常作息時間:12點睡 早上七點起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:晚餐前會跳鄭多燕一小時
我的問題:運動完是吃晚餐的時段,請問該怎麼吃才好呢?

我的口袋名單是 豆漿
牛奶
豆腐豆乾
香蕉
燙青菜 (或低油蔬菜 湯品)
沖泡類飲品(美祿 薏仁粉 麥粉 麥片)
這些食物的分量該如何拿捏呢? 晚餐可以吃一些澱粉嗎?(麥粉 薏仁粉 麥片)
今天的份量是香蕉+一杯牛奶 這樣營養夠嗎?(因為還有點小餓)
還是要補一點蔬菜米麵呢?
以降低體脂為目標(握拳)
