飯量該用多少? - 健身

小弟是兩周前開始減重的
之前減重前白飯都是吃到飽的那種
但是現在很納悶正餐的飯量該用多少?
小弟中餐吃自助餐本來加了大碗的飯
可是剛剛去量體重才發現 體重根本回到兩個禮拜前的值...0rz (至少胖回1公斤)
爬了板上的文 感覺對減重的人來說 當然最重要的是要控制熱量 (比運動還重要)
但是要如何在有限的熱量中 攝取到足夠的營養素 這應該是最重要的課題
仔細想想 白飯算是營養嗎? 是不是只有單純提供人體碳水化合物/澱粉呢?
如果這樣的話 白飯的營養密度 (可看成單位熱量所含的營養素的多寡) 是不是不高呢?
那小弟以後都改吃小碗的飯 但去選擇其他較營養的蔬菜 (熱量低 較營養)
這樣是不是比較好呢?
搞不好總熱量減少的情況下 還能攝取到更多營養素?
不知道各位版友正餐如果是吃飯的話 都用多少白飯呢?
