吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:一半總匯(一半的香雞堡那種肉+一半的蛋+小黃瓜)+2塊蘿菠糕+一杯奶茶
午餐:正常一份便當OR一碗乾麵
晚餐:正常一碗便當(當天游泳時就喝無糖豆漿400CC OR 饅頭夾蛋 OR 滷味燙青菜)
(有時真的不太會餓...看當天情況...因為游泳那天基本上都很
早睡 直接早起吃早餐0.0)
