從今年九月中以來 都算是有再認真運動 每周至少運動3次以上 也就是有達到333原則
運動內容則是在跑步機上跑3km 40分鐘(跑很慢) 然後逼自己每天至少走1萬步以上
然後十月份開始搭配約10分鐘的鄭多燕第一組的啞鈴操
(左右手各拿2磅 只能做到10分鐘手就不舉)
十月底(最近幾天)開始把某次跑步改為騎健身車 約15km 40分鐘 阻力4
至於跑步也從3km進步為5km 40分鐘 依然有搭配做鄭多燕10分鐘
但是生理期已經延後了10天了...(保證沒懷孕)
雖然說身體也沒出現不適 但一直認為是運動的關係造成
因為飲食都有吃到基代 不會讓自己餓到
在想說是不是因為運動 所以男性賀爾蒙有極少量增加而影響導致的呢?
