不累的運動算運動嗎? - 健身

最近購入x-bike 19807
雖然重力調8 但踩起來感覺算輕鬆
如果認真做的話會累(時速30以上)
但剛剛邊看電視時邊做
兩個小時騎了20公里(大概時速只有10 扣掉尿尿喝水頂多也10出頭)
下來後幾乎沒啥累的感覺
那這樣的運動是只有效率比較低(花較長時間但還是有一定成效)
還是算是沒運動到呢
