想請問一些有氧課程,
(1)飛輪有氧
(2)BodyPump (槓鈴有氧)
(3)BodyCombat (戰鬥有氧)
(4)極限55
請問哪門課消耗的熱量會比較多?
還有哪們新手比較不建議去上?
我現在主要是肥胖問題,然後體力太差,
也有朋友跟我推薦說我上瑜珈課,
可是瑜珈課感覺對減少脂肪的幫助很小,
雖然能調節身體內部,可是感覺是靜態的活動,
或是版友有其他推薦可以加速減脂的活動嗎?
