體脂率:半年前量的是22%,現在應該比較高因為荒廢運動快半年

我是學生,生活作息正常,
一直有規律運動的習慣而且運動量很大
雖然到半年前因為活型態稍微改變所以有點荒廢...
我雖然作息正常 平常飲食盡量均衡 偶而吃點垃圾食物
可是我有一個超過十年改不掉的壞習慣
就是..我非常喜歡吃巧克力
以前常常一天要吃兩三包像是M&M或是麥提沙那種巧克力
沒有劇胖我覺得是因為我運動量相當大
後來有慢慢開始節制
可是到現在還是幾乎每天總是要吃一點
(根本就像吸毒)
我想問的問題是
假設現在我每天吃一盒建達巧克力好了
熱量278.5 kcal
這樣子對我的身材和體脂肪會有很大的影響嗎?
如果我日常飲食都算注重的話
(盡量避免油,滷肉飯雞排什麼的我都很少吃,早餐都吃燕麥片,每天至少吃兩份水果)
我常常看重訓板說像一般市面的巧克力這種高脂肪的東西是殺手
可是我想要知道
到底有多殺?
每天吃一包的話真的會讓人體脂肪永遠低不下去??
我想知道的是
所謂的「影響」
到底有多大
