大家好,是這樣的。
我買這種東西,主要是給家裡長輩喝的。價差個一兩百,吸收效率較好,我也無所謂。
但前不久看網路影片,說其實是算一天的蛋白質總量,運動前或後其實沒有明顯分別。
這讓我想到另一個問題,如果這樣,那麼是否分離式和濃縮其實沒分別。
我的意思是,如果沒有乳醣不耐症,差別只有吸收效率,但其實慢慢吸收沒差,
那其實on和mp是一樣的?
