請問各位前輩
最近開始重訓在做仰臥起坐的時候
知道只能用腹部的力量
但是不自覺會用到脖子前方兩側的力量想拉身體起來
但是想刻意去放鬆脖子 卻也控制不了
爬過仰臥起坐的相關問題
放鬆肩膀 還是手貼臉頰
一樣脖子會反射的出力
請問如何改掉錯誤的出力方式
還是我不適合做仰臥起坐這個方式
