請問伏地挺身練胸肌? - 健身

爬文似乎是說伏地挺身對練大胸肌效果不好,那如果是腳在桌子上手撐地這種呢?
我今天這樣做覺得對胸部有蠻大刺激的,每組8-12下做完五組就覺得胸部有痠痛感,
平常我是拿95p的重量做握推.做完還沒這麼大的感覺...
我的體重大概64kg,會不會是這樣的伏地挺身也能有練到胸肌的效果?
還是單純只是重量較大的關係?
