請問做伏地挺身練的事哪部分的肌肉!
我已經做了將近半年的伏地挺身,胸肌有稍微感覺!
因為本身瘦瘦的,所以感覺進步很緩慢!
不知道做伏地挺身的方向對不對?
還有,想請問在家裡想練背肌,有什麼方法?
