請問先做有氧40分鐘再重訓 ,或是熱身後就做重訊?? - 健身

之前為了要快速減,先騎單車40分鐘,然後做重訊,做完再去跑40分鐘
有氧我不敢少,好像這樣覺得比較會瘦,....
但遇到現場教鍊說
熱身20分鐘就好 接著做器材
再來心肺訓練40分鐘
請問...那一種方法比較有效呢????
還有 重訓的課表
是每天都要練腹部和 下背肌
然後一三五分別搭配 任兩種肌群來練嗎
譬如 胸 二三頭 +腹
腿 背 +腹
臀 肩小腿 +腹
這樣嗎??
