請問吃不胖的科學原理是什麼 - 健身

我認識一個
他就吃不胖 食量跟男生差不多
體重大概都在41-43kg左右
消化也沒什麼問題很健康
個人跟他相處的經驗就是 他的體溫比常人高
可能就是基礎代謝率高吧
