請問怎樣叫操爆肌肉? - 健身

小弟為健身初學者
之前只有斷斷續續做個伏地挺身或核心
現在想要把身體練的更結實一點
爬文後得知自己以前的觀念是不對的
每天做10分鐘 不如一週操爆3天(或者說要有效果就不能天天做?)
所謂的操爆 具網路上的形容是說 想做都做不下去才算操爆
但小弟我不管是徒手還是機器訓練 (以伏地挺身來說)我都只能練續做10下
10下之後就真的手軟了 但休息個一分鐘後 又可以在做4-5下 然後在手軟 如此循環
看一些菜單都至少是20下一組 一次3-4組這樣在練
想請問各位高手我要如何突破目前的瓶頸呢?
