請問慢跑時腳怎麼踩 - 健身

如題,
這一個半月以來原PO開始愛上慢跑,
在健身房裡可以看到很多種不同的慢跑跑姿,
像我是腳後跟先著地,
再把重心往前,
有點像輪胎滾過去的感覺
我同學是腳尖著地,
我只試了〝幾步〞就不行了因為小腿超超痠
另有一些人好像是整個腳掌一起著地,
因為踏步的聲音好大,
啪啪啪的
想請問大家怎麼樣的跑法是比較恰當的?
因為默默發現我的小腿圍多了1cm了.....
