1.慢跑:一個禮拜會跑至少4天(邊跑邊走),強度從30分鐘3公里到現在可以
40分鐘5公里,回家會按摩小腿。
2.沒慢跑的時候:撐地板30~40秒兩組+深蹲30秒2~3組,之前深蹲做太多膝蓋會
痛現在比較少做。
我的問題:從6月開始飲食控制加上跳鄭多燕,9月底開始加上上述的運動到
現在快11月底了體重都沒有什麼變化(都還是7字頭),所以想請問大家
有什麼地方需要改進的嗎?這問題困擾我很久了.....謝謝!!!!
