原PO的狀況應該是所謂的Scapular Upwards
一般人在放鬆時
肩胛骨的角度是這樣

把手舉起來時才會變這樣

但原PO是在放鬆狀態時就是這樣(紅線是正常的位置)

很明顯用肉眼就能看出原PO有嚴重肌肉失衡的問題
之所以會發生這種狀況
扣除神經病變或損傷之外
最常見的主因多半是「特定型式的用背過度」(包含駝背、久坐)
造成一些原本負責穩定肩胛骨的肌肉失去功能
很多必須經常將手舉過肩投擲(甩手)的運動員都有類似的問題
所以也有人把它稱之為「游泳者的肩膀」、「投手背」

換句話說,原PO已經練到跟飛魚一樣的境界了
真是可喜可賀......
如果原PO覺得這樣子不太好看,想要矯正的話
那我會建議妳馬上停止練習以下動作
(吊單槓、硬舉、划船、滑輪下拉系列)
乖乖地每天伸展、按摩背闊肌+胸大肌
然後在訓練菜單中加入

因為事出必有因

受到這些不良習慣日積月累的影響
妳的大腦可能早忘記怎麼正確使用背部肌肉
所以我會建議妳找個合格的物理治療師or先看看醫生
