本來只是想單純的瘦肚子,原本168/70,經過半年,現在168/58,
請問如果要在讓腹肌變成六塊,要怎麼練才有效呢?
還有請問大大這樣的體脂肪目測大約多少呢?
我現在每天練之前都會跑35分鐘,之後再做些簡單的重訓,
最後再跑25分鐘收尾,現在好希望肌肉可以更明顯。
