請問新手跑步該加快速度還是延長距離? - 健身

運動白癡的癡肥胖子小弟我,從上週開始跑步 身高171 體重83 (肚子超超超超超大)
第一天,跑400公尺我就喘到升天。
第二天,跑800公尺。
第三天,Xbike 30分
第四天,休息
第五天,跑2000公尺
第六天,跑2000公尺 (已經很有餘力,不太會喘。)
但是問題是我現在跑1公里的時間約12分,我知道非常慢,走快一點的還會比我跑得快。
所以想請教,目前我是在這兩千公尺的距離加速練呢?還是維持這樣的速度延長距離?
