請問斷食的缺點? - 健身

試了一個禮拜來回報一下
原來得體重約61>>現在變59
我是用晚上8點到早上11點斷食
睡起來倒還好
先喝個黑咖啡
可是大概9-10點就很餓
然後放屁(臭)
10點半左右會有點頭暈(應該是低血糖)
11點我會先吃個水煮蛋
然後12點吃公司的自助餐
不過就會吃很多XD(比原本多約一半)

但我白飯還是吃一半而已
不知道這樣對嗎?
想買幾本斷食的書來看
想買Jason Fung的斷食全書和16/8間歇性斷食聖經
請問還有推薦的嗎?
