請問早上游泳完後, 喝乳清蛋白加蛋白當一餐.... - 健身

小弟目前 173 公分, 約 73 ~ 75 公斤, 目前想先燃燒掉身上
多餘的脂肪, 所以初期打算早上都去游個一千公尺(會太多或太少?)
但又有礙於本身有吃早餐的習慣和游泳完都會爆餓, 所以想游完泳之
後喝乳清蛋白+吃三粒蛋白(不含蛋黃) 來當作早餐, 這樣是否可行?
