請問早餐這樣吃會太超過嗎?? - 減肥

是這樣的小弟早餐一直維持這個形式,就是兩片吐司夾一個水煮蛋一片起司跟某種蔬菜
,某種蔬菜就看冰箱有甚麼就夾甚麼像今天就是夾舞菇,然後在配上一杯蜂蜜檸檬,我
最在意的點應該就是這杯,在減肥的時候吃到甜的就會覺得好像在背道而馳,但是蜂蜜
好像又是不錯的東西,恩...所以就上來跟各位請示一下這樣會不會太超過 >_<
PS 我愛吃酸所以通常就是一個玻璃杯就一個檸檬然後蜂蜜量大概是1/2匙外面免洗湯匙
的量。
