但就是不直,重點還越來越不直
就小腿歪歪的,膝蓋骨凸凸的
看路上有腿直的女生,覺得好美好羡慕
最近想努力一把看YouTube丶小紅書教練腿直影片,
就是教一堆拉筋伸展運動,
我查網路討論不多的,都很少正面回應,
靠後天來練,到底有沒有效果?
有沒有美腿過來人心得?
