小弟我是個鍵盤音樂遊戲玩家
練音樂遊戲要進步的有效方法之一
就是長時間高強度遊玩讓手維持在痠麻的狀態
(反正只是動動手指也很難有甚麼運動傷害)
不過玩了兩三年實力上來之後
要讓手痠常常需要耗費兩三個小時
在現實的考量下,不可能每天都抽得出這麼多時間
所以想問問有沒有辦法透過健身來更快速進入這個狀態
或是達到相等的訓練效果
由於我只是個門外漢,對名詞的解釋可能會和實際定義有出入
我想練手指的指力、敏捷度、耐力
對我來說這三者的定義是這樣的
指力:單單靠一根手指的力量去點擊的力度(按鍵盤的出力方法)
敏捷度:一根手指一秒鐘能點幾下,還有五指做複雜的點擊時各自獨立運作的能力
耐力:維持最佳指力與敏捷度能持續的連續時間
以前試過握力器,但這在增強指力的同時似乎會導致敏捷度下降
