請問有氧跟瑜珈可以並行嗎 - 減肥

最近開始減肥
有做有氧運動~ (但是也想做瑜珈~)
不過想請問~
是否減肥到自己理想體重~再去做瑜珈雕塑身型比較建議?
還是可以並行~
謝謝大家囉( ̄v ̄)
(BeautyBody 和 FITNESS 到底差別在哪啊><)
