最近為了健康開始有氧運動
一天大概30分鐘左右的運動時間
因為不想單純跑步所以做了波比跳
同時兼顧胸部肌肉跟腿部肌肉
不過好像沒有練到背部?
不知道有沒有哪種有氧運動可以同時練到背肌的?
有氧拳擊可以嗎?
