最近有個想法
想從大廈的1樓爬樓梯到頂樓(17F)然後再坐電梯回1樓
慢慢爬 爬個兩三趟 維持有氧運動的狀態
一次踏兩階(據說比較可以運動到大腿肌肉??)
請問有人試過這樣的運動方法嗎
當然不要跑去別人的大廈亂爬啦...這樣不太好
