請問有關於 多次數多組數重量少的健身方式 - 健身

Hello 各位先進
小弟前幾天才逛到此版 發現自己的減肥方式錯誤
所以最近開始吃到基代 重新減肥 希望能有成績出現
小弟平常都是健身加有氧 (隔天作)
由於小弟的 身材 相當臃腫 - 172cm 90kg
小弟的健身教練 建議我 使用多次數 多組數 少重量的方式健身
加上小弟拜讀黃阿文教練的書 也是相同建議。
但是由於板上大多數板友 都說要 刺激肌肉 (多重量 少次數 少組數)才能達成
增長肌肉 加高基代的目的
導致小弟對於兩者的矛盾相當混亂 還肯請各位 不吝指教
PS 小弟最近跑去康是美 量體脂 量出 1789 感覺好像有點太高 害我吃得有點怕怕的。

照理來說 小弟應該是要貼去 健身板 可惜小弟權限不夠
加上 很多健身版友 也有來Fitness 版逛。所以才決定來此問 如果有違反版規
