以下是朋友減重的菜單
大約17X公分 體重由82-->76 大約花9個星期,搭配運動
以下是他提供的菜單:
早餐:一盒便利超商的綜合水果+2罐8元的養樂多
午餐:隨你吃~~但是澱粉類是攝取過去的一半+2罐8元的養樂多
晚餐:6~8顆水餃+一碗湯+2罐8元的養樂多
他說養樂多是因為他自己愛喝而已
水餃是八方雲集的
想請一下專業的各位 這樣的菜單有什麼需要注意的嘛??
