請問正確拉單槓姿勢,有附上影片 - 健身

沒有基礎和重訓,所以很多不懂
正努力向上,請資深給予指點
以前打網球。右肩受傷好久
幾年後的今天現在才好
也五年沒運動了,肥了快10kg. 夏天穿短袖肚子會...
然後覺得暴力上很帥,所以就開始訓練了

有試過一次,覺得自己三頭肌廢掉了
伏地挺身。一次只能做20下
請問
1.有看水管教學,正手單槓上去過下巴,下去有人說一半有人說手要打直?
2.上去身體要直的,還是腳可以動一下?
之前拉的單槓太低,腳只能打成L型
現在這個過高,變成青蛙跳水orz
3.暴力上,用甩的上去好醜......
