如題
爬文之後了解,減肥初期體重些許增加是反映轉換肝糖帶水機制!
我飲食不變,因為生活型態固定,體重至少一年以上沒有變,
BMI21~22,體脂24
後來想讓體態更好,開始跑步,一週兩到四次,一次70~80分鐘,每次12~15公里不等!
飲食還是沒因為運動而改變,運動持續快3個月!
體重小幅增加,體脂變化不大,想請問要怎樣知道只是初期正常現象?大概會維持多久?
還是真的變胖要調整運動方式呢?
