請問第一型糖尿病患者要如何練壯呢 - 健身

大家好 淺水已久 為了朋友而首po
朋友 172cm 60kg 23歲
他9歲時被第一型糖尿病纏上 之後三餐飯前都得注射胰島素控制血糖
但也因為生這個病的關係 似乎都吃不胖 但也不會過瘦 (原因我不太懂
我跟他都會一起去運動 但最近他說也想要練壯 練練腹肌 胸肌
可是照我們一般人的練法或是網路上的菜單 一定不適合他吧
他運動完偶爾會低血糖 就得吃東西補充體力 (等於把消耗的又吃回來了
平常三餐也得固定份量均衡攝取 (不能只吃水煮雞肉配生菜那種吃法)
醫生也說他不能吃高蛋白 怕腎臟無法負荷
他曾經也跟我苦幹實幹的練了半年 但也都沒什麼成效 (就一天重訓 一天跑步)
還是一樣也沒線條 但也一樣沒贅肉 就一直持平
(他說他不管有沒有運動 一直以來都這樣XD
他的身體不像我可以一直去try各位的方法 網路的方法
所以才想要來問專業的版友們
對於也想要練出肌肉線條的他
可以給什麼建議嗎 (他有問他的醫生 醫生叫他運動可以健康就好 不要想東想西)
他不喜歡提到自己身體狀況 所以請我代為轉po 先替他謝謝各位了!!
